What is a property mentor?

A property mentor is an experienced investor, skilled in what it takes to be successful in the every changing property landscape. They are positive, proactive individuals keen on sharing their experiences to help guide those new to the scene.

Why would I need a property mentor?

A property mentor provides insight into the right questions to ask, they help you analyse property deals, and identify the risks you need to mitigate against thereby protecting you from mistakes. If you want to become the best investor you can be, in the shortest time frame possible, you need a property mentor.

Fair enough, but my (friend|family member|mortgage broker) says I don’t need one.

Family members and friends are fantastically supportive, but not necessarily objective. Mortgage brokers are fluent in the fundamentals of lending and they often focus their property knowledge in their own local backyard. Very few appreciate how the property markets are shifting across the country. At Moka we’re invested in your success, we want you to build the property portfolio that provides the lifestyle you want to lead at a pace you’re comfortable with. And we have the knowledge, skill and toolset to make it happen.

What experience do the Moka mentors have?

Every member of the Moka team is considered a long term investor, each of us having built our own multi property portfolios that span the country, utilising different strategies. Individually we have a successful property educator, ex mortgage broker, professional renovators, small scale developers and off the plan specialists. Whatever path you choose to take in your own journey you will have access to someone who has walked the path before you.

Great! So how long does my membership last?

What payment options do you have available?

Are my details secure?

We take security seriously. I mean really seriously!

No credit card information is ever stored on our servers.  We use Stripe, one of the most secure and reputable payment processors available. All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256 and decryption keys are stored on separate machines.
